BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and Southeast Bay and partly cloudy elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 9^th November, 2016: Rain or thundershowers will be widespread in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin State, fairly widespread in Yangon, Ayeyarwady and Taninthayi Regions, Kayin and Mon States, scattered in Lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway and Bago Regions, Eastern Shan, Chin, Rakhine and Kayah States and isolated in the remaining Regions and States with isolated heavy falls in Kachin State. Degree of certainty is (80%).

STATE OF THE SEA: Seas will be moderate in Myanmar waters.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Continuation of scattered to fairly widespread rain or thundershowers in Bago, Yangon and Taninthayi Regions, Kayin and Mon States.
