BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 8^th November, 2016: Rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Naypyitaw, (Eastern and Southern)Shan and Kayah States, scattered in  Bago, Yangon and Ayeyarwady Regions, Northern Shan and Rakhine States and fairly widespread in the remaining Regions and States.
