Depression
According to the observations at (21:30)hrs M.S.T today, the depression over Westcentral Bay and adjoining Northwest Bay of Bengal has moved to East-Northeast wards and reached over Northeast Bay of Bengal. It is centered at about (140)miles Southeast of Paradip (India), (215)miles South- Southeast of Kolkata (India), (185)miles South-Southwest of Khepupara(Bangladesh) and (245)miles West-Southwest of Sittwe(Myanmar). It is forecast to move Northeast wards and likely to cross Bangladesh Coast during next (24)hrs.
The present stage of the depression is coded yellow stage. Althrough the depression is not moving towards Myanmar Coasts, it may cross Bangladesh Coasts. The Northern Coasts of Rakhine is dangerous affected due to banding feature the depression, people should beware of condition in that place.

Depression is located at Latitude (19.0) degree North and Longitude (88.7) degree East, Centre pressure of depression is (1004) hPa and maximum wind speed near the center is about (30)miles per hour at (21:30) hrs MST today.
General caution
Under the influence of the depression, rain or thundershowers are likely to be scattered to fairly widespread with isolated heavy falls in Sagaing, Mandalay and Magway Regions, Kachin, Chin and Northern Rakhine States during (6.11.2016) to (8.11.2016).
Under the influence of the depression, Squalls with moderate to rough sea are likely at times Deltaic, off and along Rakhine Coasts. Surface wind speed in squalls may reach (35) to (40)m.p.h.

Trawlers, vessels and ships Deltaic, off and along Rakhine Coasts are advised to avert in condition of depression.
