BAY INFERENCE: According to the observations at (06:30)hrs M.S.T today, the low pressure area may form over Southeast Bay of Bengal during next (24) hours.Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the the Andaman Sea, Southeast Bay and East central Bay of Bengal and partly cloudy elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 1st November, 2016: Weather will be partly cloudy in Lower Sagaing and Magway Regions and Kayah States, Rain or thundershowers will be fairly widespread Taninthayi Region, Northern Shan and Chin States, Scattered in Mandalay Regions and isolated in the remaining Regions and States with likelihood of isolated heavy falls in Mandalay Region. Degree of certainty is (80%).
STATE OF THE SEA: Squalls with moderate to rough seas are likely at times Deltaic, Gulf off Mottama, off and along Mon-Taninthayi Coast. Surface wind speed in squall may reach (35)m.p.h. Seas will be moderate elsewhere in Myanmar water.
