BAY INFERENCE: According to the observations at (15:30)hrs M.S.T today, the low pressure area may form over Southeast Bay of Bengal during next (24) hours.Weather is partly cloudy over the North Bay and West central Bay of Bengal and  partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 1st November, 2016: Rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Naypyitaw, Kachin, Rakhine and Kayah States, scattered in Lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Bago, Yangon and Ayeyarwady Regions, (Eastern and Southern)Shan, Kayin and Mon States, fairly widespread in the remaining Regions and States with likelihood of isolated heavy falls in Mandalay Region. Degree of certainty is (80%).

STATE OF THE SEA: Squalls with moderate to rough seas are likely at times Deltaic, Gulf off Mottama, off and along Mon-Taninthayi Coast. Surface wind speed in squall may reach (35)m.p.h. Seas will be moderate elsewhere in Myanmar water.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Continuations of  rain in Lower Sagaing, Mandalay and Magawy Regions and Shan State.
