SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24)hours, Weather has been partly cloudy in Eastern Shan and Kayah States, rain or thundershowers have been isolated in Sagaing Region and (Northern and Southern) Shan State, scattered in Mandalay and Magway Regions, Kachin, Chin and Kayin States, fairly widespread in Bago, Yangon and Ayeyarwady Regions, Rakhine State and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with isolated heavy falls in Naypyitaw. The noteworthy amounts of rainfall recorded were Hkamti (2.21)inches, Hainggyikyun (2.17)inches, Taungkok (1.69)inches, Ngathaichaung (1.61)inches, Naypyitaw Zabuthiri (MOTC) (1.54)inches, Machanbaw (1.50) inches, Kawkayeit (1.42)inches and Meikhtila (1.34)inches.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy over the North Bay and monsoon is moderate over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere Bay of Bengal.
