BAY INFERENCE:  Monsoon is moderate over the Andaman Sea and South Bay and weak elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 16^th September, 2016: Rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Upper  Sagaing Region, Kachin and  (Northern and Eastern)Shan States, scattered in Lower Sagaing Regions, Southern Shan, Chin and Rakhine States, fairly widespread in Naypyitaw, Mandalay, and Magway Regions and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with likelihood of isolated heavy falls in Magway, Yangon and Ayeyarwady Regions, Rakhine and Mon States.
