Bay of Bengal Condition
Two Low Pressure Areas may form over the Bay of Bengal and one may further intensify into a depression. Southwest monsoon is likely to withdrawal from Northern Myanmar areas during (13-18) of September, Central Myanmar areas during (19-24) of September and Deltaic areas during (25-30) of September. Monsoon will be moderate over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.
Rainfall and Rainy Days
Rain or thundershowers will be expected above normal in Nay Pyi Taw, Mandalay Region and (Southern and Eastern) Shan State and about normal in Sagaing, Magway, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Kachin, Northern Shan, Chin, Rakhine, Kayah, Kayin, Mon States.
Rainy days will be expected 21 to 25 days in Upper Sagaing, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwaddy, Taninthayi Regions and Kachin, Southen Shan, Chin, Rakhine, Kayin, Mon States, 16 to 20 days in Naypyitaw, Mandalay Region and (Northern and Eastern) Shan, Kayah States and 11 to 15 days in Lower Sagaing, Magway Regions.
