BAY INFERENCE: Monsoon is weak over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 23rd July, 2016: Rain or thundershowers will be scattered in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing, Mandalay and Magway Regions and fairly widespread in Kayin and Mon States and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with likelihood of isolated heavy falls in Upper Sagaing and Bago Regions and Kachin State. Degree of certainty is (100%).

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Continuation of increase of rain in Upper Sagaing Region, Kachin and Shan States.
