SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rain or thundershowers have been isolated in Magway, Ayeyarwady and Taninthayi Regions, Kachin, Shan and Mon States and weather has been partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (6°C) above November average temperatures in Kayah State, (3°C) above November average temperatures in Eastern Shan State and about November average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (10°C) in Hakha, (11°C) each in Pinlaung, Loilin and Pyinoolwin. The noteworthy amounts of rainfall recorded were Namsam (0.87)inch, Hainggyikyun (0.47)inch and Yay (0.32)inch.

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy in the North Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy in the Andaman Sea and elsewhere in the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 7th November, 2015: Rain or thundershowers will be scattered in Taninthayi Region, isolated in Yangon and Ayeyarwady Regions, Kachin, Shan and Mon States and weather will be partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Degree of certainty is (80%).

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Continuation of increase of rain or thundershowers in Taninthayi Region, Mon and Shan States.
