SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, weather has been partly cloudy in Nay Pyi Taw, Lower Sagaing and Mandalay Regions, Chin, Rakhine, Kayin and Mon States, rain or thundershowers have been scattered in Kachin State and isolated in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (3°C) below November average temperatures in Ayeyarwady Region, (4°C) above November average temperatures in Kachin State and about November average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (9°C) in Loilin, (10°C) each in Hakha and Pyinoolwin. The noteworthy amounts of rainfalls recorded were Machanbaw (1.93)inches, Hlegu (1.77)inches and Kawthong (0.36)inch.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy in the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.
