SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, weather has been partly cloudy in Sagaing, Magway, Bago and Ayeyarwady Regions, Rakhine and Kayin States, rain or thundershowers have been isolated in the remaining Regions and States. The noteworthy amounts of rainfall recorded were Pinlaung (0.79)inch, Loilin and Yangon(Kaba-Aye) (0.51)inch each, Dawei (0.35)inch Namsam and Falam (0.28) inch each.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy in the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 18th October, 2015: Weather will be partly cloudy in Lower Sagaing and Magway Regions, rain or thundershowers will be scattered in Taninthayi Region, Shan, Kayin and Mon States and isolated in the remaining Regions and States. Degree of certainty is (80%).
