SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, weather has been partly cloudy in Kachin State, rain or thundershowers have been isolated in Taninthayi Region, Rakhine and Kayin States, scattered in Mon State, fairly widespread in Upper Sagaing, Bago and Yangon Regions, Chin and Kayah States and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with regionally heavy falls in Mandalay Region. The noteworthy amounts of rainfall recorded were Singaing (2.96)inches, Pyinoolwin (2.45)inches, Maubin (2.01)inches, Hainggyikyun (1.77)inches and Amarapura (1.72)inches.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy in the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.
