22-12-2024:According to the observations at (05:30) hrs M.S.T today, the depression over Westcentral Bay of Bengal almost stataionary and weaken into a Well Marked Low Pressure Area. It is likely forecast to weaken gradually over the Westcentral Bay of Bengal. Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy in the North Bay, monsoon is moderate to strong in the Andaman Sea and South Bay and weak elsewhere in the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 27th September, 2015: Rain or thundershowers will be widespread in Taninthayi Region, fairly widespread in Lower Sagaing Region, Kachin and Mon States, scattered in Nay Pyi Taw, Upper Sagaing, Mandalay, Bago, Yangon and Ayeyarwday Regions, Shan, Rakhine, Kayah and Kayin States and isolated in the remaining Regions and States with likelihood of isolated heavy falls in Lower Sagaing and Taninthayi Regions. STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be moderate in Myanmar waters.
