SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T. During the past (24) hours, rain or thundershowers has been isolated in Kachin State, Weather have been partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing and Taninthayi Regions and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (3°C) above January average temperature in Kachin and Chin States and about January average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (5°C) each in Hakha and Heho, (6°C) each in Namsam, Pinlaung, Loilin, Pyinoolwin and Moekok.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy in the South Bay and generally fair in the Andaman Sea and elsewhere in the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 31st January, 2015: Rain are likely to be isolated in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin State, weather will be partly cloudy in Taninthayi Region and Chin State and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Degree of certainty is (60%).
STATE OF THE SEA: Seas will be moderate in Myanmar waters.
OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Continuation of isolated rain in the extreme Northern Myanmar areas.
