BAY INFERENCE: Monsoon is weak to moderate in the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 16th August, 2015: Rain or thundershowers will be scattered in Lower Sagaing and Magway Regions, Chin State, fairly widespread in Mandalay and Taninthayi Regions, Kayin and Mon States and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with isolated heavy falls in Upper Sagaing, Mandalay,Bago and Ayeyarwady Regions, Kachin and Rakhine States. STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be moderate in Myanmar waters.
