27-11-2025:According to the observations at 10:30 hrs MST today, the Cyclonic Storm “SENYAR” over Northeast of Indonesia and adjoining the Strait of Malacca has moved East-Southeast and downgraded into a Deep Depression. It is centered at about 380 Nautical miles South of Kawthaung (Myanmar), 120 Nautical miles South-Southwest of Penang(Malaysia), 150 Nautical miles Southeast of Kuta Makmur(Indonesia) and  495 Nautical miles Southeast of Car Nicobar (India). It is likely continue to move Eastwards and weaken into a depression during next 12 hours. According to the observations at 10:30 hrs MST today, the Depression over the Southwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining Sri Lanka Coast has moved North-Northwest and intensified into a Deep Depression.  It is centered at about 800 Nautical miles South-Southwest of Coco Island (Myanmar), 150 Nautical miles South-Southeast of Tricomalee(Srilanka), 370 Nautical miles South-Southeast of Puducherry(India). It is likely to move North-Northwestwards and further intensify into a Cyclonic Storm during next 12 hours. Thereafter, it is likely continue to move North-Northwestwards and towards North Tamil Nadu and adjoining South Andhra Pradesh coasts. Weather is a few cloud over the North Bay and Central Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rain or thundershowers have been widespread in Southern Shan and Chin States, fairly widespread in Upper Sagaing Region and Eastern Shan State, scattered in Naypyitaw, Mandalay, Magway and Bago Regions, Kachin, Northern Shan, Rakhine, Kayah and Mon States and isolated in the remaining Regions and States with regionally heavy falls in Magway and Bago Regions. Day temperatures were (2°C) above May average temperatures in Yangon, Ayeyarwady and Taninthayi Regions, Kayin and Mon States, (3°C) to (4°C) below May average temperatures in Sagaing Region and Chin State, (2°C) below May average temperatures in Mandalay and Magway Regions, Kachin State and about May average temperature in the remaining Regions and States. The significant day temperature was (40°C) in Chauk. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were Shwekyin (5.48)inches, Madauk (5.00)inches, Magway (2.52)inches, Minbu (2.21)inches, Khayan (1.88) inches, Maungdaw and Nyaunglaybin (1.61)inches each, Theinzayet (1.10)inches and Falam (0.87)inch.

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is cloudy over the North Bay and a few cloud to partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
