A slight earthquake of magnitude (4.2) Richter Scale with its epicenter inside Myanmar (about (26) miles southeast of Danai), latitude 26.19°N, longitude 97.11°E, depth (10) kilometers, about (51) miles northwest of Myitkyina seismological observatory was recorded at (07) hr (35) min (32) sec M.S.T on 14^th December, 2024.
