According to the observations at (15:30) hrs MST today, due to the convergence of cold air moving from China and warm air moving from Bay of Bengal, rain or thundershowers are likely to be isolated to scattered in Naypyitaw, Sagaing Mandalay, Magway, Bago, Yangon and Ayeyarwady Regions, Kachin, Shan, Chin, Rakhine and Kayah States during (31.12.2017) to (04.01.2018).
