BAY INFERENCE: Monsoon is weak to moderate over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL NOON OF THE 10th August 2024: Rain or thundershowers will be widespread in Kachin State, fairly widespread in Upper Sagaing, Yangon, Ayeyarwady Regions and Eastern Shan, Rakhine, Kayin, Mon States, scattered in Naypyitaw, Bago Region and (Northern and Southern) Shan, Chin States and isolated in the remaining Regions and States. Degree of certainty is 100%.
THE CONDITION OF CUMULONIMBUS CLOUD: The Cumulonimbus clouds are developing in Upper Sagaing, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Kachin, Eastern Shan, Rakhine, Kayin, Mon States.
STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be moderate in Myanmar Waters. Wave height will be about 5-7 feet in off and along Myanmar Coasts.
OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of increase of rain in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin, (Northern and Eastern)Shan States.
