BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy over the South Andaman Sea and South Bay of Bengal and a few cloud over the North Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 20th January 2024:  Weather will be partly cloudy in Upper sagaing, Taninthayi  Regions and Kachin, Mon States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3-6) feet in off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of slight decrease of night temperatures in Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady Regions and Kachin, Chin States.

FORECAST FOR NAYPYITAW AND NEIGHBOURING AREA FOR 20thJanuary 2024:             Generally fair weather.
