FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 9th July, 2017: Rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Lower Sagaing, Mandalay and Magway Regions, scattered in Naypyitaw, Shan, Kayah and Kayin States, fairly widespread in Bago, Yangon and Ayeyarwady Regions and Chin State and widespread in Upper Sagaing and Taninthayi Regions, Kachin, Rakhine and Mon States with likelihood of isolated heavy falls in Taninthayi Region and Kachin and Rakhine States.
