SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rain or thundershowers have been scattered in Eastern Shan State, isolated in Upper Sagaing and Taninthayi Regions, Kachin, Southern Shan, Chin and Kayah States and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Day temperatures were (3°C) above March average temperature in Chin State, (2°C) above March average temperature in Magway Region and about March average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant day temperatures were (42°C) in Chauk, (41°C) in Bawlakhae, (40°C) each in Monywa, Minbu, Magway, Aunglan, Gangaw and Sinpyugyun. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were Minesat (0.94)inch, Kawthaung (0.11)inch, Kengtung and Tiddim (0.08)inch each.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is cloudy over the Andaman Sea and Southeast Bay and partly cloudy elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
