SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED FROM YESTERDAY MORNING 09:30 hrs M.S.T TO TODAY MORNING 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, weather has been generally fair in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway, Bago Regions and Chin, Rakhine, Kayah, Kayin, Mon States and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were 2°C below November average temperatures in Kachin, Southern Shan States and 2°C above November average temperatures in Upper Sagaing, Yangon, Ayeyarwady Regions and Rakhine, Mon States and about November average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were 6.0°C in Hakha, 7.2°C in Pyinoolwin, 7.5°C in Namsam (Southern Shan), 8.6°C in Loilin and 9.0°C each in Heho and Tiddim.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea, Westcentral Bay and South Bay of Bengal and generally fair elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 16th November 2024: Rain will be isolated in Taninthayi Region and Kayin, Mon States. Degree of certainty is 80%. Weather will be generally fair in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway Regions and Chin State and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.
