SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED FROM YESTERDAY MORNING 09:30 hrs M.S.T TO TODAY MORNING 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rain or thundershowers have been fairly widespread in Kachin, Mon States, scattered in Lower Sagaing, Bago, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Southern Shan, Kayin States and isolated in Naypyitaw, Upper Sagaing, Mandalay Regions. Weather has been partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were 1.18 inches in Hlaingbwe, 1.06 inches in Loilin, 1.02 inches in Ngaputaw, 0.79 inch in Shwekyin, 0.78 inch in Kyauktaga, 0.67 inch in Tatkon, 0.63 inch in Kyeikkhame and 0.55 inch in Kanbalu.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy over the South Bay and a few cloud over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 1st November 2024: Rain or thundershowers will be scattered in Taninthayi Region and Kachin, Southern Shan, Kayin, Mon States and isolated in Naypyitaw, Sagaing, Mandalay, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady Regions. Degree of certainty is 80%. Weather will be partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.
THE CONDITION OF CUMULONIMBUS CLOUD: The Cumulonimbus clouds are developing in Lower Sagaing, Mandalay Regions. The area along the Cumulonimbus clouds movement, the weather phenomena such as strong winds accompanied with rain, thunder, lightning and hail may occur and therefore it is recommended to be aware in advance these phenomena.
STATE OF THE SEA: STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about 3-6 feet
off and along Myanmar Coasts.
