20-10-2024: According to the observations at (05:30) hrs M.S.T today, the low pressure cell over the North Andaman Sea still persists. Weather is partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and Southeast Bay and Eastcentral Bay of Bengal and cloudy elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
