BAY INFERENCE: According to the observations at (05:30) hrs M.S.T today, the low pressure area over West Bengal, India and adjoining Bangladesh still persists. It is likely to move Westwards and may cross West Bengal, India. Monsoon is moderate over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 22nd August 2024: Rain or thundershowers will be scattered in Lower Sagaing Region and Kayah State, fairly widespread in Mandalay, Magway ,Taninthayi Regions and Kachin, Northern Shan States and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with likelihood of isolated heavyfalls in Naypyitaw, Mandalay, Magway Regions and Rakhine, Eastern Shan States. THE CONDITION OF CUMULONIMBUS CLOUD: The Cumulonimbus clouds are developing in sagaing, Mandalay,Magway Regions and Kachin, Shan, Rakhine States.
