BAY INFERENCE: According to the observations at (15:30) hrs M.S.T today, the low pressure area over West Bengal, India and adjoining Bangladesh still persists. It is likely to move Westwards and may cross West Bengal, India. Monsoon is moderate over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL NOON OF THE 22nd August 2024: Rain or thundershowers will be scattered in Magway Region and Northern Shan State, fairly widespread in Lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Taninthayi Regions and Kachin, Kayah States and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with likelihood of isolated heavyfalls in Naypyitaw, Yangon Region and Eastern Shan, Kayin, Mon States. Degree of certainty is 100%.
THE CONDITION OF CUMULONIMBUS CLOUD: The Cumulonimbus clouds are developing in Naypyitaw, sagaing, Mandalay,Magway Regions and Kachin, Shan, Chin, Rakhine, Kayah States.
