BAY INFERENCE:  Monsoon is weak over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 11th August 2024: Rain or thundershowers will be widespread in Kachin State, fairly widespread in Upper Sagaing Region, scattered in Lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Yangon, Ayeyarwady Regions and Northern Shan, Chin, Rakhine, Kayin, Mon States and isolated in the remaining Regions and States. Degree of certainty is 100%.

THE CONDITION OF CUMULONIMBUS CLOUD: The Cumulonimbus clouds are developing in Sagaing, Mandalay, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Kachin, Shan, Kayin, Mon States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar Waters. Wave height will be about 4-7 feet in off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Weak Monsoon.
