BAY INFERENCE: Monsoon is moderate to strong over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 6thJune 2024: Rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Lower Sagaing Region and Chin State scattered in Upper Sagaing,Mandalay, Magway Regions and Kachin, Northern Shan, Kayah State, fairly widespread in Naypyitaw, Bago Regions and Eastern Shan and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with likelihood of isolated heavyfalls in Rakhine, Kayin, Mon States. Degree of certainty is 100%.
THE CONDITION OF CUMULONIMBUS CLOUD: The Cumulonimbus clouds are developing (Northern and Eastern) Shan, Rakhine States.
STATE OF THE SEA: Squalls with moderate to rough seas are likely at times in off and along Myanmar Coasts. Surface wind speed in squalls may reach 30-35 mph. Wave height will be about 7-9 feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
