SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rain or thundershowers have been scattered in Taninthayi Region and Kachin State, isolated in Mon State and weather has been generally fair in Naypyitaw and Kayah State, partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Day temperatures were (2°C) above March average temperatures in Chin and Kayah States, (2°C) below March average temperature in Kachin State and about March average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant day temperatures were (42°C) in Chauk, (40°C) each Pyinmana, Taunggu and Bawlakhae. The noteworthy amounts of rainfall recorded was Kyeikkhame (0.04)inch.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and South Bay and a few cloud elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
