SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, light rain have been isolated in Yangon Regions, weather has been generally fair in Naypyitaw, Magway and Ayeyarwady Regions,  Kayah State and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Day temperatures were (4°C) above March average temperature in Kachin State and about March average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant day temperatures were (40°C) each in Chauk, Sinpyugyun, Taunggu and Bawlakhae, (39°C) each in Monyaw, Minbu, Aunglan, Taungdwingyi, Pyay and Kawkareik.

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud over the Andaman Sea and South Bay and generally fair elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 23rd MARCH, 2018: Rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Taninthayi Region, Kachin, Esatern Shan, Kayin and Mon States. Degree of certainly is (80%). Weather will be generally fair in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing, Mandalay and Magway Regions, partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Seas will be slight in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (2 - 4) feet in off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of slight increase of day temperatures in Mandalay, Magway, Bago, Yangon and Ayeyarwady Regions, Kayin and Mon States.
