FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 23rd APRIL 2024: Rain or thundershowers will be scattered in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin, Chin States and isolated in Lower Sagaing, Mandalay Regions and Shan, Rakhine, Kayin, Mon States.
