SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, weather has been partly cloudy in Ayeyarwaday Region. Rain or thundershowers have been isolated in Taninthayi Region and Mon State, scattered in Bago Region, fairly widespread in Magway, Yangon Regions and Rakhine, Kayah, Kayin States and widespread in the remaining Regions and States. Day temperatures were (5°C) above March average temperature in Kachin State, (2°C) above March average temperature in Northern Shan State and (2°C) below March average temperatures in Naypyitaw, Yangon Region and Southern Shan, Kayah, Kayin States, (3°C) to (4°C) below March average temperatures in Sagaing Region and Rakhine State and (8°C) below March average temperature in Chin State and about March average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant day temperatures were (40°C) in Chauk and (39°C) each in Moemate and Taungdwingyi. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were (1.70) inches in Pinlaung, (1.45) inches in Tatkon, (1.30) inches each in Lashio and Loilin, (1.10) inches each in Taunggyi and Kyaukse(Lunkyaw), (1.02) inches in Hsipaw, (0.98) inch in Heho, (0.94) inch in Kyaukmae and (0.90) inch in Bhamo.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy over the Southwest Bay of Bengal and a few cloud over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
