BAY INFERENCE: Weather is generally fair over the North Andaman Sea and a few cloud to partly cloudy over the South Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 23rd January 2024:  Weather will be partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Kachin, Rakhine States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (4-7) feet in off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of slight decrease of night temperatures in Naypyitaw, Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady Regions and Chin, Rakhine States.

FORECAST FOR NAYPYITAW AND NEIGHBOURING AREA FOR 23rdJanuary 2024: Generally fair weather.
