SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS REDECORD AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rain have been isolated in Kachin and Mon States, weather has been partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady and Taninthayi Regions, Rakhine, Kayah and Kayin States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Day temperatures were (3°C) above March average temperature in Kachin State and (2°C) above March average temperature in Kayin State and about March average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant day temperatures were (38°C) each in Aunglan, Sinbyukyun, Phyu, Bawlakhae, Hpa-an and Kawkareik. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded was Thaton(0.32)inch.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is generally fair over the North Bay and Westcentral Bay and a few cloud to partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
