SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rain have been isolated in Yangon Region, weather has been partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Day temperatures were (2°C) above March average temperature in Kachin State and about March average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant day temperatures were (38°C) each in Chauk, Bawlakhae and Kawkareik. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded was Khayan (0.28)inch.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud over the Andaman Sea and Westcentral Bay and partly cloudy elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
