SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rain or thundershowers have been fairly widespread in Naypyitaw, scattered in Bago, Ayeyarwady Regions and (Southern and Eastern) Shan State, isolated in Upper Sagaing, Mandalay, Taninthayi Regions and Nothern Shan, Rakhine States and weather has been partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (2°C) below November average temperature in Chin State, (2°C) above November average temperatures in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway Regions and Eastern Shan State, (3°C) above November average temperatures in Southern Shan, Kayah States and about November average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperature were (5°C) in Hakha, (11°C) each in Tongzan, Tiddim and (12°C) in Mongyang. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were (1.26) inches in Hinthada, (1.02) inches in Laiway, (0.98) inch in Naypyitaw(Ottarathiri), (0.95) inch in Heho, (0.71) inch in Thandwe and (0.47) inch each in Pyinoolwin and Myanaung.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud over the North Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 02nd November 2023: Weather will be partly cloudy in Sagaing Region and Kachin, Chin States. Rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Mandalay, Magway Regions and Northern Shan, Rakine, Kayah, Kayin and Mon States and scattered in the remaining Regions and States. STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3-6) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
