BAY INFERENCE: Weather is generally fair over the East Central Bay and partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 13^th FEBRUARY, 2018: Light rain are likely to be isolated in Kachin State. Degree of certainly is (60%).Weather will be generally fair in Naypyitaw, Bago, Yangon and Ayeyarwady Regions and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA:  Seas will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3 - 5) feet in off and along Myanmar Coasts.
