SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, weather has been partly cloudy in Lower Sagaing Region and Kayah State. Rain or thundershowers have been isolated in Naypyitaw and Magway Region, scattered in Upper Sagaing, Mandalay Regions, fairly widespread in Bago Region and Shan, Chin States and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with isolated heavyfalls in Upper Sagaing Region and Rakhine, Kayin States. The noteworthy amounts of rainfall recorded were (4.06) inches in Hkamti, (3.15) inches in Manaung, (3.10) inches in Kya-In-Seikkyi, (2.63) inches each in Sittwe and Taunggu(Aviation), (2.28) inches in Putao, (2.24) inches in Kyaukpyu, (1.89) inches in Thaton, (1.85) inches in Thandwe, (1.66) inches in Kawthaung and (1.57) inches in Myawaddy.
BAY INFERENCE: Monsoon is moderate over the Andaman Sea and the Bay of Bengal.
