SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, light rain have been isolated in Kachin State and weather has been partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (2°C) below February average temperature in Taninthayi Region, (3°C) above February average temperatures in Upper Sagaing Region, Chin and Mon States and (2°C) above February average temperatures in Lower Sagaing, Bago and Ayeyarwady Regions, Kachin and Rakhine States and about February average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (4°C) in Namsam, (5°C) in Heho, (6°C) each in Pinlaung and Loilin and (7°C) in Thipaw. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded was Putao (0.04)inch.

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is generally fair over the Andaman Sea and East Central Bay and partly cloudy elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 11th FEBRUARY, 2018: Light rain will be isolated in Kachin State. Degree of certainly is (80%). Weather will be generally fair in Kayah and Mon States and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA:  Seas will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3 - 5) feet in off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Slightly increase of night temperatures in  Central Myanmar area.
