BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTILEVENING OF THE 03rd May, 2023: Rain or thundershowers will be fairly widespread in Taninthayi Region and Kachin, (Southern and Eastern)Shan, Chin, Kayin, Mon States, scattered in Naypyitaw, Upper Sagaing, Mandalay Regions and Rakhine, Kayah States and isolated in Lower Sagaing, Magway, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady Regions and Northern Shan State. Degree of certainty is (80%).
The Condition of Cumulonimbus Cloud: The Cumulonimbus clouds over the Kayin, Mon States. The area along the Cumulonimbus clouds movement, the weather phenomena such as strong winds accompanied with rain, thunder, lightning and hail may occur and therefore it is recommended to be aware in advance these phenomena.
STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (4 - 6) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Isolated to scattered rain or thundershowers in Upper Sagaing, Taninthayi Regions and Kachin, (Southern and Eastern)Shan, Chin, Kayah, Kayin, Mon States.
