SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, Light rain or thundershowers have been Scattered in Mandalay Region and Northern Shan State and isolated in Naypyitaw, Southern Shan State. Weather have been partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperature were (2°C) below February average temperature in Chin State and (2°C) above February average temperatures in Upper Sagaing, Bago, Ayeyarwady Regions and Kachin State, (3°C) to (4°C) above February average temperatures in Mandalay Region and Rakhine State, (5°C) to (6°C) above February average temperatures in Lower Sagaing, Magway Regions and Eastern Shan, Kayah States and (7°C) above February average temperatures in Naypyitaw, (Northern, Southern) Shan State and about February average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (0°C) in Hakha, (7°C) in Tiddim, (9°C) in Paletwa and (10°C) each in Putao and Falam. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded was (0.04) inch in Thipaw.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud over the North and Central Bay of Bengal and partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
