SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rain or thundershowers have been fairly widespread in Rakhine State, scattered in Yangon, Ayeyarwady, TaninthayiRegions, isolated in Naypyitaw, Mandalay, Bago Regions and Chin, Kayah States and weather has been partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Nighttemperatures were (2°C) above November average temperature in Bago Region and (Nothern and Eastern)Shan State, (3°C) to (4°C) above November average temperatures in Nawpyitaw, Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway,Ayeyarwady Regions and Southern Shan, Chin, Rakhine, Kayah, Kayin, Mon Statesand about November average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (7°C) in Putao, (10°C) each in Machanbaw and Hakha and (11°C) each in Heho, Tiddim, Tongzan and Pyinoolwin. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were (1.69) inches in Gwa, (0.87) inch in Kyaukpyu, (0.63) inch in Sittwe, (0.39) inch each in Maungdaw and Rathedaung, (0.31) inch in Manaung and (0.25) inch in Bogale.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy over the North and West Central Bay of Bengal and a few cloud over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
