BAY INFERENCE: Monsoon is weak to moderate over the Andaman Sea and South Bay and weak elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
SPECIAL FEACTURES: According to the observations at (05:30)hrs MST today, the Typhoon “Noru” over South China sea has been crossed near Danaing of the middle Vietnam Coasts today early morning. It is continue to move Westwards and downgrade as a Tropical Strom. And then it is forecast to reach on Laos and likely continue to move Westwards and then gradually weaken as a Land Depression on Thailand. 

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 28th September, 2022: Rain or thundershowers will be isolated Sagaing Region and Kachin, (Northern and Eastern)Shan States, scattered in Chin State, fairly widespread in Napyitaw, Mandalay, Magway Regions and Southern Shan, Kayah widespread in the remaining Regions and Stateswith likelihood of isolated heavyfalls in Taninthayi Region and Kayin, Mon States. Degree of certainty is (100%).

STATE OF THE SEA: Seas will be moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (5-8) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Increase of rain in Naypyitaw, Magway, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Shan, Rakhine, Kayah, Kayin, Mon States.
