BAY INFERENCE: According to the observations at (06:30)hrs M.S.T today, the depression over Southeast Bay of Bengal has moved North- Northhwestwards and reached over Central Bay of Bengal. It is centered at about (365) miles East-Southeast of Machilipatnam, (325)miles South-Southeast of Gopalpur (India) and forecast to move North- Northwest wards and likely to further intensify during next (24)hours. Weather is partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and South Bay of Bengal and cloudy over elsewhere Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 8th DECEMBER, 2017: Rain or thundershowers are likely to be scattered in Sagaing, Yangon, Ayeyarwady, Northern Shan, Chin and Rakhin States, isolated in the remaining Regions and States. Degree of certainly is (60%).
STATE OF THE SEA: Strong easterly winds with moderate to rough seas are likely at times off and along Myanmar Coasts. Surface winds speed in strong easterly winds may reach (30-35)m.p.h. Wave height will be about (6-9)feet in off and along Myanmar Coasts.
OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of fairly widespread rain or thundershowers in Upper Sagaing Region, Kachin, Northern Shan, Chin and Rakhine States, scattered in Lower Sagaing, Mandalay and Magway Regions, ( Eastern and Southern) Shan State.
