BAY INFERENCE: According to the observations at (18:30)hrs M.S.T today, the low pressure area over the Southeast Bay of Bengal still persists. It is likely to further intensify into a depression during next (12)hrs. Weather is partly cloudy over the North Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL AFTERNOON OF THE 6th DECEMBER, 2017: Rain or thundershowers will be scattered in Taninthayi Region, isolated in Chin and Mon States. Degree of certainly is (80%). Weather will be partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing, Bago, Yangon and Ayeyarwady Regions, Kachin, Rakhine and Kayin States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States.
STATE OF THE SEA: Strong easterly winds with moderate to rough seas are likely at times off and along Myanmar Coasts. Surface winds speed in strong easterly winds may reach (30-35)m.p.h. Wave height will be about (4-8)feet in off and along Myanmar Coasts.
OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of light rain in Bago, Yangon and Ayeyarwady Regions and Rakhine State.
