BAY INFERENCE According to the observations at (15:30)hrs MST today, the low pressure area over Coastal Odisha(India) still persists. Monsoon is moderate to strong over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 16th July, 2022: Rain or thundershowers will be scattered in Magway Region, Kachin, Kayah States,fairly widespread in Upper Sagaing, (Northern and Eastern Shan, Chin, Kayin States and widespread in the remaining Regions and States.Degree of certainty is (100%).

STATE OF THE SEA:Squalls with rough seas are likely at times off and along Myanmar Coasts. Surface wind speed in squalls may reach (30-35) mph. Wave height will be about (7-10) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS:Moderate monsoon.
