SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rain or thundershowers has been isolated in Taninthayi Region, weather has been partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing, Bago, Yangon and Ayeyarwady Regions, Rakhine and Mon States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (4°C) below November average temperatures in Northern Shan and Rakhine States and (2°C) below November average temperatures in Mandalay, Magway and Ayeyarwady Regions, Kachin, Southern Shan, Chin and Kayah States and about November average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (1°C)in Hakha, (5°C) in Heho and (6°C) in Pinlaung. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded was Kawthaung (0.32)inch.

BAY INFERENCE: According to the observations at (10:30)hrs M.S.T today, lies as a low pressure area over the Malay Peninsula and adjoining Andaman Sea. Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and Southeast Bay and partly cloudy elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 1st DECEMBER, 2017: Rain or thundershowers will be scattered in Taninthayi Region and isolated in Kayin and Mon States.  Degree of certainly is (80%). Weather will be partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing, Bago, Yangon and Ayeyarwady Regions, Kachin, Rakhine and Kayah States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA:  Easterly winds with moderate to rough seas are likely at times off and along Mon - Taninthayi Coasts. Surface winds speed in easterly winds may reach (30)m.p.h. Seas will be moderate elsewhere in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (6 - 8)feet in off and along Mon - Taninthayi Coasts and (4-6)feet in Deltaic, Gulf of Mottama, off and along Rakhine Coast.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Continuation of likelihood of isolated rain or thundershowers in Taninthayi Region.
