SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rain or thundershowers has been scattered in Kachin State, weather has been partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady and Taninthayi Regions and (Northern and Eastern)Shan State and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (3°C) below November average temperatures in Magway Region, (Northern and Southern)Shan and Rakhine States, (2°C) above November average temperatures in Bago Region, Kayin and Mon States and about November average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (1°C) in Hakha, (5°C) each in Pinlaung and Heho and (7°C) in Nansam. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were Putao (0.12)inch and Machanbaw (0.04)inch.
BAY INFERENCE: According to the observations at (13:30)hrs M.S.T today, the low pressure area may form over the South Andaman Sea during the next (24)hrs. Weather is a few clouds over the North and Westcental Bay of Bengal and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 30th NOVEMBER, 2017: Rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Taninthayi Region and Kachin, Kayin and Mon States. Degree of certainly is (80%). Weather will be generally fair in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing, Mandalay and Magway Regions and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.
STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (4 - 7) feet in along Myanmar coasts.
OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of isolated rain or thundershowers in Taninthayi Region.
